(1) If the controlled goods are lost or sold, there will be committees as written below to examine the goods and all related details and submit their recommendations.

(a) For duct
(a) One member authorized by the spouse (b) One member representative deputed by the authorized department from the nearest Ganaka Gulm
(e) Expert member related to the controlled goods concerned

(b) For Gana and similar formations:

(a) One authorized member deputed by the authorized department from the nearest Gana or formation
(b) An authorized member appointed by the husband of the concerned Gana or Gulm or Formation (e) One member specialized in related controlled goods

(c) For Gulm and similar formations:

(a) One member authorized by the concerned department or base
(b) A representative (if any) member nominated by the Chief Officer concerned (e) One member concerned controlled goods specialist

(d) For depots:

(a) One member authorized by the authorized department (D.U.N.I.)
(b) One member authorized by the maintenance department (e) One member who is an expert on controlled goods. (2) The Chairman of the Committees shall be the most senior person among the Committee members.
